Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
