Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

Nova Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
