Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
