Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
