Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
