Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Hospitality and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
