Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Keystone Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
