Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
