Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 916 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
