Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Cincinnati serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving document review. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with document review.
