Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Inspection Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
