Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Charlotte, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
