Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Charleston, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
