Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Buffalo, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
