Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Housing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
