Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Willow Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
