Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boston, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
