Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Boston, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
