Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Amber Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
