Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
