Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
