Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
