Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Redstone Fox Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders.
