Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
