Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Cedar Wren Facilities looks after properties across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
