Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Birch Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
