Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Union Facilities Group is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
