Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Clear Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Birmingham region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
