Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Birmingham with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
