Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Forge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Birmingham focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
