Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
