Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Environmental Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
