Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Austin and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
