Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
