Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Energy Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
