Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Pike Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
