Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Arts Center and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 228 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
