Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Nova North Staffing is a Austin staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
