Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
