Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Summit Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
