Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Austin with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
