Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Austin region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
