Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Atlanta, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
