Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight River Water Authority and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
