Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
