Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Associates operates treatment plants and pipelines around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
