Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen West Legal Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
