Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
