Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
