Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Clear Energy Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
